Sopressa arrostita
Tagliate a fette grossolane della sopressa e cuocerle in padella con poco burro, bagnandole con aceto di puro vino. Si servono caldissime con fette di polenta abbrustolita o fredda.
Roast "Sopressa"
The "Sopressa" is a kind of sausage made of well compressed pork seasoned with salt and pepper. Cut the "sopressa" into coarse slices and cook them in some butter, moistening with pure wine-vinegar. Serve them very hot with slices of roast or cold polenta.
